Our service agreement gives you “peace of mind”. Our OCC (Oregon Comfort Club) gives you priority scheduling.

We have the following options:

Quarterly: 2 Tune-Ups (one for heating and one for cooling) 2 filter change & visual inspections.
Bi-Annual: 2 Tune-Ups (one for heating and one for cooling).
Annual: Tune-Up & Inspection for heating and cooling at same visit.
