Worry-Free Service Agreements

Our service agreement gives you “peace of mind.” Our OCC (Oregon Comfort Club) gives you priority scheduling.

We have the following options:

Quarterly: 2 tune-ups (one for heating and one for cooling), 2 filter changes & visual inspections.
Bi-Annual: 2 tune-ups (one for heating and one for cooling).
Annual: Tune-up & inspection for heating and cooling at the same visit.
